The staff of the Trial Court Office of Workplace Rights and Compliance (OWRC) will present an overview of the complaint process that anyone can use when they experience or witness discriminatory misconduct or unprofessional behavior by a judge, clerk, or other Trial Court employee. They will discuss such matters as making an anonymous complaint, the options to remedy misconduct and prevent its recurrence, and efforts the Trial Court is taking to eliminate misconduct in a proactive manner. They will also be available for questions, comments, and input as to what they can be doing better.
