In this engaging keynote, Dr. Catherine Sanderson—Amherst College professor, psychologist, and nationally recognized speaker—shares research-backed strategies to boost happiness and resilience. Drawing on psychological science, she explores how positive emotion can reduce stress, improve health, strengthen relationships, and enhance performance.
Aligned with this year’s theme, Tending Joy, this session focuses on how legal professionals can intentionally cultivate well-being—not by ignoring stress, but by building the skills and habits needed to navigate it. Participants will leave with practical, evidence-based strategies to sustain energy, manage challenges, and reconnect with meaning in their work and lives.
