2021 Annual Report
The Committee’s Annual Report provides a summary of significant activities and milestones accomplished by the Committee to-date. We are excited by what we achieved in collaboration with many partners across the Commonwealth.
Law Student Town Halls
We seek to engage with law students and very recent graduates (0-2 years post-grad) to enhance lawyer and law student well-being in the Commonwealth. We will continue to host Town Halls in February to learn more about all the well-being challenges that Massachusetts law students face.

The staff of the Trial Court Office of Workplace Rights and Compliance (OWRC) will present an overview of the complaint process that anyone can use when they experience or witness discriminatory misconduct or unprofessional behavior by a judge, clerk, or other Trial Court employee.

The SJC Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being seeks to engage attorneys and law students that identify as having one or more disabilities in efforts to better understand the lived experiences and challenges faced by Massachusetts attorneys with disabilities to enhance lawyer well-being for all in the Commonwealth.
